Delete Your Account
Deizi allows you to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
What happens when you delete your account
Permanently deleted: Your profile information (name, email, profile picture), clinical notes, chat messages, session history, and payment methods.
Retained as required by law: Records of transactions and professional consultations may be retained for up to 7 years as required by medical and financial regulations.
Processing time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of submission.
How to delete your account
Option 1: FROM THE APP
Open Settings
Go to your Profile tab, then tap Settings
Select Delete Account
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm Deletion
Review the information about what will be deleted, then confirm your request
Option 2: CONTACT US
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us. Please include your registered email address so we can verify your identity.
